1. About Volts

Volts Energy Sdn. Bhd. (202601036050) operates volts.my, Malaysia's solar lead provider. Volts is the sole seller of all paid products on this site (lead unlocks, credits and subscriptions). Installation agreements are made directly between homeowner and installer, outside Volts.

We generate verified solar enquiries from homeowners who give consent and pay nothing, and we sell lead access to those enquiries to registered solar installers. Installers do not sell goods or services through Volts, and no payments pass between installers and homeowners through Volts. By using our website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms.

2. Homeowner services

Submitting a verified solar enquiry on Volts is free for homeowners. When you submit a request, you agree to be contacted by up to three vetted installers in your area. Volts does not install solar systems.

Any installation contract, quotation for works, warranty, or payment for solar installation is made directly between you and the installer, outside Volts. Volts is not a party to those agreements.

You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to request quotes for the property described.

3. Installer services

Approved installers may purchase lead access to verified solar enquiries through Volts as pay-per-lead unlocks or a Volts subscription, subject to our pricing and these terms. Installers are responsible for their own quotations, installations, warranties, and compliance with SEDA and applicable Malaysian regulations.

Installers do not list or sell products on Volts. Lead access is sold only by Volts.

4. Paid products & payments

All paid products on Volts, including lead unlocks charged against credits and Volts subscriptions (including renewals), are sold by Volts Energy Sdn. Bhd.. Credits are digital goods delivered to your Volts account after successful payment.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms are available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which applies to all eligible transactions including renewals.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, submit false information, scrape personal information, or use contact details obtained through Volts for purposes unrelated to providing or receiving solar quotes.

6. Disclaimer

Volts provides solar leads and lead access only. We do not guarantee enquiry volume, installer performance, pricing, savings estimates, or installation outcomes. Solar savings calculations on our site are indicative and may differ from actual results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Volts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or from dealings between installers and homeowners arranged outside Volts.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
