1. About Volts
Volts ("Volts", "we", "us", "our") operates volts.my, a marketplace that connects Malaysian homeowners with SEDA-verified solar installers. By using our website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms.

2. Homeowner services
Our quote matching service is free for homeowners. When you submit a request, you agree to be contacted by up to three vetted installers in your area. Volts does not install solar systems and is not a party to any agreement between you and an installer.
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to request quotes for the property described.
3. Installer services
Approved installers may access homeowner quote requests through our platform subject to separate pricing and credit terms. Installers are responsible for their own quotations, installations, warranties, and compliance with SEDA and applicable Malaysian regulations.
4. Credit purchases & payments
Installers may purchase platform credits to unlock homeowner quote requests. Credits are digital goods delivered to your Volts account immediately after successful payment.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms are available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
Refunds for unused credits are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, submit false information, scrape data, or use contact details obtained through Volts for purposes unrelated to providing or receiving solar quotes.
6. Disclaimer
Volts provides a matching service only. We do not guarantee quote availability, installer performance, pricing, savings estimates, or installation outcomes. Solar savings calculations on our site are indicative and may differ from actual results.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Volts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or from dealings with installers or homeowners matched through Volts.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
